Smaller and very friendly hotel, great staff, fabulous food choices, great pool, superb location right on the beach.

What a lovely hotel, the staff make it a great place to stay, they all work so hard & always with a smile, they cannot do enough for you. The food here is fabulous, I'm a fussy eater, but every night there was something for me to enjoy, the roast meats are delicious! The bedrooms (well ours anyway), looked a little tired and in need of a spruce up, but the bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very well! The pool area is lovely, with comfortable sunbeds, which makes lazing around so much easier! Plus, there are plenty to go round. A lovely week, we had great weather which was a big bonus... Walking into Paphos takes around 40 mins, or, catch the bus from outside the hotel €2 - €3

I try to visit this wonderful hotel every year, I think this was my 5th or 6th time. It never disappoints. My room was on the 3rd floor with a glorious seaview. The rooms are regularly cleaned to an excellent standard and the mini fridge (I personally think all beach hotels should have one, it's a wonderful extra) is re-stocked every day with soft drinks, juice (wish it was orange but you can't have everything!) and water. The food is brilliant. I am a very basic eater (even black pepper is too spicy for me), but they have such a range that I always find something to satisfy me. You approach a table and a member of staff is ready to get your drink. After a few days I went to get food and when I came back the staff had remembered my usual drink (cola) and it was there waiting for me. I also have to say that their custard is scrumptious, I wish I could take a flask of it home with me. All the staff are lovely. Cleaners were always friendly and did excellent job daily. Reception and bar staff were great and very helpful. Bar staff were especially good at remembering people's drinks each night. I've already said how attentive the restaurant staff are, but I have to give a special mention to the gentleman that is usually there mornings and evenings organising the staff, and I think has worked there for many years. It's something for me to remember him but he remembered me ! With all the people he must see over the year it was a lovely personal touch. He's always so friendly with everyone and makes sure everything runs smoothly. To my great shame I always forget to note his name (think it started with an E), hopefully next year. I don't really bother with the daily entertainment on offer, however I have to give a special thank you to the lady that spoke to me on 3 separate occasions in the evening (okay, yes in the bar). In all my holidays it's the first time any of the entertainment staff have approached me. This is not a criticism of previous staff, I'm an older man with a strange little beard, I keep to himself and mostly just read (my holidays are my chance to totally switch my brain off for a while and recharge). However, I very much appreciated her efforts to engage and include me. I think she said she was Italian and had an excellent tattoo on her left arm. In summary, the only thing that would make me say anything negative about the Ledra is if it made it too popular and I couldn't book my stay each year ! Each time I arrive, I feel at home. Thank you

Definitely gone down hill since last year. The quality of the entertainment is very poor since last year. The entertainment staff are lovely and engaging for daytime events but they don’t do the shows at night. The staff were chatting casually whilst the dancers (brought in) were trying to perform in an overly lit room. Very distracting for them and us and not very professional show. It doesn’t feel like a family hotel anymore. It feels very corporate. We stayed in a honeymoon suite. I would have been disappointed if it was my actual honeymoon. However, it was very clean, lovely bathroom, good range of drinks and food for Europe. Beautiful location on the beach. Only two floors (I hate a high rise) gorgeous sunsets, lovely walks, great shopping in Paphos. Good enough we were happy to return after 2023 but not again I’m afraid. All things change I guess ♥️

Outside areas for guests need more attention. The beach bar area seems to be left in a disorganised state each day. Maybe the guy that clears glasses from everywhere ( who does a great job) could also take a few mins to keep the tables and chairs tidy after guests have vacated them. Also, please could a member of management check on the pool side toilets. The paintwork, especially inside the toilet doors, look as if they've been ignored for years. They look very grubby and tatty. Certainly don't match the rest of the hotel. The staff work incredibly hard but maybe just a few tweaks are needed.

We have had an amazing time. The staff were lovely, especially Samir. He always made sure we had everything we needed and he always made the effort to come and talk to us. 5 stars to Samir! The food is also amazing, we will definitely be back! :) :)

Well where do l start, just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel,I must admit the hotel and staff are tremendous, food was excellent best we have had after many years of travelling! The rooms are good in size but lack hangers in wardrobe only real gripe. You don’t need to get up early (6/7am) to get a sun bed as the hotel state no bed should be taken before 8 am and most people seem to adhere to that there’s plenty of beds to go around.Athena the guest relations member of staff is amazing, bar staff especially Christoff and Nicolas are amazing they can’t do enough for you especially as it’s waiter service only in the evening lounge bar . All in all would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

From the moment you enter this hotel you are met with the warmest of welcomes from Athena. Our cases were whisked away while we enjoyed a cooling drink and some snacks and filled in our check in forms. The cases were already in the room when we got there. It is most certainly the staff that make this hotel special, they are friendly and helpful with a smile and a chat for you always. We paid for a partial sea view room but quite honestly I believe it was just as good as a sea view one, our view was gorgeous. The room is well equipped with plenty of storage, a fridge that is topped up with soft drinks daily and a kettle with tea, coffee and milk. The grounds are immaculate and well kept with plenty of sunbeds for everyone (though you wouldn't think it with the early morning bed baggers). The stand out thing for us was the food - it was the best we have had at an all inclusive resort. It was good quality, cooked fresh and a joy to see what was on the menu that day. Each day was a different theme but there was many other choices too so you won't go hungry. The lunch time offerings at the pool bar were great too. Try and book up for the Italian a la carte restaurant too - it is excellent! Now for the only complaint I have - the indoor pool has signage saying that inflatable toys and diving are not allowed. For the last 3 days of our holiday there was a family who took over the whole pool playing games with inflatable toys and jumping in the pool so that others couldn't swim up and down. Despite the life guard asking them to keep the noise down and let others enjoy the pool their games continued. I know this makes me sound a grump but everyone has paid to enjoy the facilities not just families with kids and although the hotel can't be held responsible for guests behaviour they can at least uphold the rules they have set. If you want a beautifully kept hotel with friendly staff and great food then this is a good choice.

We returned to this hotel in April for the second time. We had a wonderful time - rooms, food, service and location all excellent. Many thanks to Athena for making our stay (for my birthday) extra special. So many other staff recognised us and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel is so good that we’re returning for a third visit in September - looking forward to it already! Louis Ledra - you’re amazing!
